Refund and Returns Policy
Our policy for refunds and returns spans 30 days. If more than 30 days have transpired since your purchase, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as Gift cards.
To finalize your return, we need a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.
There are instances where only partial refunds may be given:
Items that aren't in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery
Refunds Procedure
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll send an email to confirm that we’ve received it. We’ll also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Unreceived Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Next, get in touch with your credit card company as it might take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
You should also contact your bank as there can be a delay before a refund is posted.

Sale Items Refund
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges
We only swap items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, send us an email at chat and send your item to the original address.
If your item was labeled as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit equivalent to your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed about the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to its shipping address.
You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may differ based on your location.
